What size properties do you manage?
We manage properties ranging from small 6-unit residential blocks to larger developments of 50+ units. Our systems scale effectively, and we tailor our service model to match property size and complexity. Whether you have a single building or a portfolio of properties across London, we can develop an appropriate management solution.
We offer flexible pricing models depending on service level. Fully managed services are typically priced per unit per month, providing predictable budgeting. Reactive-only arrangements can operate on a schedule of rates basis. For retained contractor relationships, we agree fixed rates annually. We’re transparent about costs—you’ll always know what you’re paying and what’s included.
Genuine emergencies receive a response within 4 hours, often much faster. We define emergencies as situations posing immediate risk to safety, security, or significant property damage—burst pipes, security breaches, dangerous structural issues, complete heating failure in winter, etc. Urgent but non-emergency issues are addressed within 24 hours, and routine maintenance within 48-72 hours.
