Completed in April 2024, the development transitioned a prime high-street site into a collection of four high-specification residential apartments, balancing modern comfort with the logistical demands of a high-footfall London location.

Scope & Execution

The project involved a comprehensive new-build program to deliver four self-contained flats. Evoke Design & Build managed the full lifecycle of the development, from the initial site preparation in May 2022 through to the final internal finishes and handover in the spring of 2024.
