Evoke was appointed to execute the comprehensive internal refurbishment of a substantial four-bedroom residence within Sutherland House. Located in a strictly protected conservation area, the project demanded a sophisticated balance between high-tech modern luxury and the rigorous preservation of the building’s historic Victorian/Edwardian architectural fabric.

- Period Restoration: Expertly matched and reinstated original plaster cornicing, skirting, and architraves to maintain a seamless transition between old and new.
- Heritage Features: Careful restoration of the original fireplace, serving as the focal point of the principal reception room.
