Located in the heart of Wimbledon, the Printers Yard project exemplifies Evoke’s expertise in adaptive reuse and urban optimization. This development focused on the high-specification conversion of a former commercial office space into a boutique collection of modern residential units.

Scope & Execution

Delivered between August 2021 and June 2022, the project involved a complete internal overhaul to facilitate the transition from office use to residential. Our team managed the technical challenges of repurposing a commercial footprint to meet modern residential standards, ensuring all structural and acoustic requirements were exceeded.
