Evoke was commissioned to undertake the comprehensive internal reconfiguration of the property at 766 High Road to create two high-specification residential flats. The project centered on a strategic architectural redesign to maximize the building’s footprint, transforming the existing layout into two distinct, self-contained living spaces. Technical Execution & Compliance
The six-month program involved a total overhaul of the internal structure to ensure full compliance with current Building Regulations, particularly concerning Part E (Acoustic Insulation) and Part B (Fire Safety) for multi-unit dwellings. Our team managed the installation of independent utility metering, upgraded thermal envelopes, and modern M&E systems tailored for individual occupancy.
