Architectural Reconfiguration & High-Spec Interiors
The design philosophy focused on maximizing urban space through open-plan layouts and the strategic use of natural light. The conversion delivers a diverse mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 60 sqm to 80 sqm.

Advanced Infrastructure: The project involved the installation of entirely new utility services (water, electric, and gas), central heating systems, and a communal dual satellite/terrestrial (DAB) and telephone system.
Acoustics & Comfort: To ensure a premium residential experience, the units were engineered with high-performance acoustic walls and ceilings, complemented by a mix of natural and mechanical ventilation.
Safety, Security & Sustainability At Hurdwick Place, resident safety and environmental performance were prioritized through state-of-the-art technical integrations.
