Evoke was appointed to execute a complex residential redevelopment at Hinton Road, transforming the existing footprint into a collection of six high-quality apartments. The project is defined by a significant structural intervention, including the addition of a new third-floor vertical extension and a total reconfiguration of the ground-floor and rear elevations. This development demonstrates our capacity to deliver high-yield residential solutions through intelligent architectural modification.

Technical Scope & Architectural Enhancement
The 12-month construction program focuses on maximizing the site’s utility while enhancing the building’s aesthetic and functional appeal. Key technical deliverables include:

  • Structural Expansion: Erection of a new third-floor level to accommodate increased residential capacity.

This project encompasses a full turnkey construction service, ranging from initial site preparation and demolition to final internal joinery and decoration. By managing the transition of the property into six self-contained Use Class C3 dwellings, Evoke is delivering a modern, compliant, and market-ready residential asset in one of South London’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
