Urban Transformation & Internal Refinement
Located in the vibrant N1 corridor, this project involved the complex internal reconfiguration and high-end refurbishment of a former hotel into a sophisticated residential development. Executed between June and September 2024, our team stripped back the existing hospitality layout to create a collection of modern, optimized flats designed for contemporary London living.
The project showcases Evoke’s ability to manage rapid-turnaround residential conversions while maintaining the structural integrity and premium finish required for the Kings Cross architectural landscape. By repurposing the building’s footprint, we have successfully transitioned the site from commercial use to a high-specification residential asset.
